<dc:description xml:lang="en">This study aims to determine the effect of gum arab concentration and the addition of cinnamon extract on the sensory, physical, and chemical properties of beetroot jam (Beta vulgaris L.). The study used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with three treatments based on different concentrations of gum arab: F1 (0.5% gum arab), F2 (1% gum arab), and F3 (1.5% gum arab). The research included six analyses: total dissolved solids, antioxidant activity, water content, water activity, viscosity, and sensory testing. Statistical analysis was performed using ANOVA at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the use of gum arab reduced the water activity in beetroot jam, thereby extending its shelf life. However, gum arab concentration did not have a significant effect on moisture content. In contrast, viscosity, total dissolved solids, and antioxidant activity were significantly affected by the addition of gum arab. The optimal concentration was found to be 1.5% based on multiple comparison tests. This concentration is considered the maximum effective level for beetroot jam. The use of 1.5% gum arab significantly influenced five sensory parameters: aroma, taste, texture, color, and overalls.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">The objective of this research is to examine three aspects: (1) the implementation of learning modules that utilize the TPACK(Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) framework, (2) the impact of using TPACK-based learning modules onstudents' understanding, and (3) students' reactions to learning modules based on the TPACK framework. This research methodemploys a descriptive-evaluative approach that is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research utilizes data that is expressed throughwords, narratives, and information provided by informants. The feasibility of implementation was measured using Likert scaleinstruments, understanding was measured by pre-test and post-test questions, and student responses were analyzed throughinterviews. The participants in this study consisted of 33 students enrolled in the Informatics and Computer Engineering Educationprogram at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. According to the research findings, it can be inferred that the implementation ofthe learning module falls under the "excellent" category. Therefore, it may be considered as a viable choice for teaching materialsin the E-Business Technology course. (2) Student comprehension has significantly improved, with the average score rising from71.9 to 87.87. (3) Feedback from interviews indicated that students found the module to be helpful and easily comprehensible as ateaching resource. However, there were still certain aspects that required adjustment in order to optimize the TPACK-based module. The TPACK framework enhances the dissemination of content that is characterized by a systematic, comprehensive, and conceptualapproach. This study has presented a novel perspective that suggests the TPACK framework can be utilized to enhance learningoutcomes. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">This research aims to determine the influence of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary (4A) on the number of tourist visits and correlation between 4A factors in attracting visitors to come to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Solo. In this research, the field research method was used, using a descriptive approach that systematically describes the facts that occur in the field. This researchh method wasobservation, interview and documentation to collect data. This research was conducted for 20 days, while data analysis used deductive analysis. The results of this research show that the influence of 4A factors is very large on the number of tourist visits to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Solo. The beauty of the architecture and design of the mosque (Attraction) which combines local cultural elements with Arabic architectural style is the main attraction that influences tourists' interest in visiting. Strategic location and facilities that make it easier for visitors, also increases the number of visits, with easy access for Muslim and non- Muslim tourists (Accessibility). The facilities provided by the Sheikh Zayed Mosque (Amenities), such as the ablution room, VIP room and Islamic Center, provide comfort and support religious and social activities for visitors. Apart from that, supporting services (Ancillary) such as Islamic study activities, fasting together, and congregational prayers during the month of Ramadan also increase visitors' interest in coming. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">The consumption of sugar-rich foods and beverages has been identified as a primary factor contributing to the rising prevalence of obesity and non-communicable diseases among children and adolescents. Food Parenting Practices (FPP) and Parental Feeding Styles (PFS) play a crucial role in shaping children’s eating behaviors from an early age. This systematic review aims to narratively synthesize FPP and PFS related to sugar-rich foods and beverages and their associations with the prospective dietary behaviors of children and adolescents based on literature from 2017 to 2023. The findings indicate that highly controlling parenting practices, such as restricting sugar intake or using sugary foods as rewards, are associated with the development of unhealthy eating behaviors and preferences for sugar-rich foods and beverages over time. Conversely, parenting practices that emphasize structure and balance in dietary choices yield more positive long-term outcomes, associated with reduced preferences for sugar-rich foods and drinks. These results underscore the importance of fostering a healthy home environment and active parental role modeling in promoting healthier dietary behaviors among children and adolescents. Evidence-based recommendations are provided for health professionals and parents to support healthy food parenting practices. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">The incidence of anemia in adolescent girls in Indonesia is still relatively high. Anemia can occur because young women experience menstruation every month. This can reduce the quality of health and life. One of the efforts to increase the consumption of iron sources can be done by processing interesting foods with the use of local food ingredients. Seaweed is a biological plant that is widely found in Indonesian waters, one of which is ulva lactuca seaweed. This seaweed is found on the beach along Kukup, Yogyakarta. Utilization of seaweed type ulva lactuca can be used as a side dish, namely grilled rice with additional processed tuna fish. This study aims to analyze the nutritional content in the form of proximate and iron tests as well as organoleptic tests on roasted rice, seaweed, ulva lactuca and processed tuna. This research method uses research and development methods (Research and Development) with a 4D model. This research consists of the process of making roasted rice using black rice, ulva lactuca seaweed, processed tuna and broccoli. The results of the analysis of the content of water, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrates, crude fiber and calories per 100 g were 61.50, 1.66, 7.03, 9.87, 20.03, 0.31% and 170 respectively kcal, while the iron content is 49%. This grilled rice can be accepted by the panelists with a score of 4.8 on the overall trait. In conclusion, ulva lactuca seaweed and processed tuna can be used in the manufacture of baked rice which contains seaweed in it</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">This study examines the effectiveness of social media in promoting homestays in Banyuanyar Village, Boyolali Regency. With 27 homestays across its 9 hamlets, the village has significant tourism potential, but limited visitor numbers indicate a need to improve homestay promotion. Using a SWOT analysis, the researchers identified the village's strengths (adequate homestays, clear facility standards, competitive rates, thematic tours) and weaknesses (inefficient reservations, weak promotion, lack of standardization). Opportunities include growing thematic tourism, digital media usage, and partnerships, while threats involve competition and dependence on events. Strategies proposed include enhancing digital promotion, developing thematic tour packages, improving the reservation system, and increasing manager confidence. By leveraging strengths, minimizing weaknesses, seizing opportunities, and mitigating threats, the village can boost homestay occupancy and support sustainable tourism development. The findings provide practical insights for rural tourism communities seeking to effectively promote their homestay accommodations. </dc:description>
